Under these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us,” “our”, and “bank” refers to Colonial Federal Savings Bank. “You” and “your” refer to the individual using the website.

Contacting the Bank: Please use the secure Contact Us form or call 617-471-0750, as regular emails are not considered secure. We request that sensitive information such as social security numbers, passwords, account numbers etc. not be sent by regular email.

We generally acknowledge emails within one (1) business day of receipt and will respond within a reasonable time period. You may receive a notice, from us, of an encrypted message requiring you to login to our secure email portal (secured by Proofpoint Encryption), as we are prohibited from sending sensitive “non-public information” in an unsecure manner. Reply to us only after logging into the secure site.

We will NEVER ask you for any non-public information (such as account numbers, passwords, PINs, social security numbers, etc.) for any of our products through an unsolicited email or automated calling system. If you receive any such request, DO NOT respond. Notify us immediately at 617-471-0750.

Advertising: We may advertise our products and services on third-party websites not affiliated with us. These advertisements are linked to our Site, and we may use cookies and other tracking technology to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising on third-party sites.
