Adjustable Rate Mortgages

An Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) offers a variable interest rate. This rate may change at specified intervals during the life of your loan. Your escrow payment may vary due to changes in your real estate taxes.

  • A copy of the Purchase & Sale agreement signed by all parties (if applicable)
  • Pay stubs covering the most recent month
  • A copy of last 2 years signed Federal Tax returns including W-2 forms and all schedules

  • Most recent property tax bill showing assessed value
  • Property Deed or Certificate of Title
