Card Protection Services:

Add you card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay to protect your card number. Using these payment options the merchant will never see or be able to store your card number, all they receive is a one-time token.

Colonial Federal has also made an investment in your account safety with an enhanced neural fraud detection network. You will be alerted to potential fraud as the transaction are initiated giving you the option to accept or deny them:

Text Alerts, reply immediately with YES to tell us you did the transaction, or NO to deny the transaction. (Text Alerts are sent 8am to 9pm, based on the phone number's area code) A YES will exempt the card from fraud rules for 1 hour, giving you time to have the transaction processed again by the merchant. A NO reply will also status the card as stolen, use the Apply Now button on the side bar to order a replacement card.

Surcharge-Free Cash

Look for the MoneyPass or SUM logo on ATMs to obtain your cash surcharge-free. These networks provide access to surcharge-free ATMs coast to coast. Download an App by entering “Sum ATM Locator” or “MoneyPass” in the App store or use a link below.

International Transactions:

Call us at 617-471-0750 with your dates of travel and the countries you will be visiting or purchasing from, and we will exclude your card during that time, to allow your transaction. (Some countries may remain blocked due to fraud activity originating from that country.) Lost or stolen card? Turn off your card immediately using our Mobile App, or call the lost card hotline at 1-833-462-0798 if you believe your ATM/Debit Card or PIN has been lost or stolen.
