Make your home energy efficient with a Mass Save® HEAT Loan!
No-Interest loans are available for home energy efficiency improvements through the Mass Save® HEAT Loan Program. As a participating lender, we offer these no-interest loans on qualifying improvements, including:
- Mass Save® Recommended Attic, Wall and Basement Insulation
- Heating Systems
- Domestic Hot Water Heaters
- Central Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps
- ENERGY STAR Qualified Replacement Windows
- Energy-Efficient Thermostats

HEAT Loans are available to customers of Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Berkshire Gas, Unitil Electric, and municipal electric customers served by Columbia Gas of Massachusetts or Liberty Utilities.
Once you receive your HEAT Loan Authorization Form from Mass Save®, you may apply for a loan.
