 During these uncertain Coronavirus times, Colonial Federal Savings Bank is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as recommendations from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and The Massachusetts Bankers Association. We have taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
We want to share a few of the ways we are here to serve you during these unprecedented times:
  • We strongly encourage you to use Online Banking or our Mobile App to view transactions, check balances, make deposits and payments, transfer money easily, and more.  It easier than ever to manage your account through a digital channel. Download our app via the Apple App Store or from Google Play. 
    • The App provides real time alerting options for fraud, transaction alerts, as well as Mobile Check Deposit.   (Initial sign up must be completed using a browser, the App only provides access once you have a user ID and password.) 
 
  • Telephone Banking is available by calling 1-888-865-5507
  • Our teams are here to serve you. Customers are strongly encouraged to use our Drive-Up tellers, and ATMs for basic banking transactions - check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Customers will be admitted to branch lobbies on a limited basis while following strict social distancing protocols including, but not limited to, required face coverings. Detailed instructions regarding lobby access procedures will be posted at the entry door of each branch. In consideration of others, please exit quickly upon completion of your transaction.  If you are not feeling well, please stay home and bank through a digital channel, or call us for instructions.
  • We have increased the frequency of our Drive-Up tube and ATM cleanings. You may still want to use your own wipe or gloves, as ATM's are unattended.   
  • 1000 Southern Artery Branch Hours (for residents only):
    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 9am to Noon. 
    • The ATM in the North Wing will continue to be available 24x7.
