During these uncertain times of Coronavirus COVID-19, Colonial Federal Savings Bank is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as local and regulatory banking officials, and we have taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and the communities we live in.
We wanted to share a few of the ways we are here to serve you during this time:
- To access your Colonial Accounts, we encourage you to use Online Banking or our Mobile App to view transactions, check balances, make payments, transfer money easily, and more. We’ve made a number of enhancements recently, making them accessible to everyone, which makes it easier than ever to manage your account digitally. Download the app via the Apple App Store or from Google Play. Our App provides real time alerting options for fraud, transaction alerts, as well as Mobile Check Deposit.
- Telephone Banking is also available by calling 1-888-865-5507
- If you need to visit our bank branches, please know our teams are here to serve you by appointment. Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 we ask that all customers use our Drive-Up tellers, and ATMs. Appointments to enter the Bank lobbies can be made by calling the branch, and will be granted on a case-by-case basis for lending, safe deposit box and customer service. Please call your branch at the numbers listed to the right.
- We have increased the frequency of our Drive-Up tube and ATM cleanings. You are however, free to use your own wipe or gloves, as ATM's are unattended.
